All returns must be made within 30 days starting from the day you receive your order. Item(s) must be in its original condition – clean, unworn, and undamaged with the tags attached and in its original packaging.

West Malaysia: Free returns via EasyParcel or Self Return

East Malaysia: Mail it back via any courier service of your choice. Customers are responsible for the return fee.

International: Mail it back via any courier service of your choice. Customers are responsible for the return fee, tax and duty charges (if applicable).

For international customers (outside of Malaysia) that purchase more than 1 item(s), our normal practice is taking out the items from its original box and pack it into a same box in order to help you to reduce the shipping cost.
