Your order is our top priority! Therefore, we do our best to process & ship most orders within domestic 3-5 business days & oversea 5-15 business days of purchase. However, shipping duration may vary due to availability of merchandise. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or public holidays.
Business days refer to Mondays to Fridays, not including Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays in Malaysia.

Kindly refer to the tracking number provided in the shipment verification email. You may track your orders using the tracking code via your selected delivery service provider during the cart checkout. Kindly note that tracking information may take up to 24-48 hours to be updated to the tracking system of the delivery company.
In compliance with the authority at the delivery destination, customs clearance may take longer that our estimated delivery period. In the event of your item being inspected longer than usual, you may contact your local customs and authority or refer to the country’s regulatory restrictions.
Nose intl will not be responsible for delivery delays by any authorities and/or customs at the delivery destination.
