Terms and Conditions
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
All return must be made within 14 days from the day you receive your purchase (tracked order)
- the item must be in its original wearable condition
- the item must have all tags attached and the original packaging included
Please follow the process below for returning your parcel to us. As we currently do not offer any free return label in the parcel, customer is required to make the return on their own and we will reimburse the cost in the form of voucher in the online store.
- Re-pack the item in its original packaging or in a secure, waterproof package with labels and tags still attached.
- Proceed to the nearest post office to process your return.
- Cover your address label with the return label.
- Keep your consignment receipt safe as you will need this as your proof of return.
- Send an email to us at email@example.com and our customer service person will guide you through the return processes.
Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
We do not offer free return service for international orders, returns must be made at your own cost. All returned item(s) is subjected to tax and duties which will vary according to your country of residence. You are responsible to borne any tax and duties cost for any transaction required during the return process.
Your purchase is eligible for an exchange if
- the item is faulty
- received the wrong item
- wrong size
It is our aim that every item arrives in great condition and we hope you’re always thrilled with your purchase. If you receive an item in a flawed or damaged condition, please send an email to us at firstname.lastname@example.org and our customer service person will guide you through the return processes as soon as possible.
Where possible we will arrange for a new replacement to be sent to you or return for a full store credit refund of the defective item.
How long will it take to process my exchange?
Please allow up to 10 working days for us to receive your items, process your exchange and confirm your replacement item. We’ll send you an email when this has been done.

Can I return item(s) purchased in store, department store, specialty store or website other than NOSEINTL.COM?
No, kindly refer to the respective party’s return and exchange policy.
Please visit our nearest store Outlet Locator for any return and exchange of item(s) purchased at NOSE in store. We do not accept any return from in store purchases and online purchases will not be accepted via return in store.
