We stand behind all the products that we sell and your satisfaction is importance to us. If there is a problem with your order, kindly follow the procedure below for Returns & Exchange.


Terms & Conditions

  • Our return policy will last for 14 days. If by 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange.
  • The item(s) returned must be in its original wearable condition, packaging and tags. Any incomplete return conditions will be returned back to you at your own cost. If the item(s) returned to us in unsuitable conditions, we will have to send it back to you at your own cost or dispose it accordingly.
  • It is your responsibility to take care of the goods until it reaches our warehouse. Please make sure it’s packed up properly and securely to avoid any damages.
  • Item(s) purchased at department stores, specialty stores or other website than NOSEINTL.COM will not be accepted and should be referred to the respective party E.g Zalora. For return/exchange of item/s purchased at NOSE in-store, kindly visit the nearest store location Store Locater. In-store purchases will not be accepted for return via NOSEINTL.COM and online purchase will not be accepted for return via in-store walk in.
  • We will reserved the right to deny your Return due to stock availability, however you are eligible exchange to other item(s) of similar value or other methods deem to our policy at the discretion of NOSEINTL.
  • We are not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake. Any reversal of return will be send back to you at your own cost.
  • All returned item(s) is subjected to tax and duties which will vary according to the national law of the country where the item(s) is delivered. You are responsible to borne any tax and duties cost (if necessary) for any transaction required during the Return process.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • Original shipping cost will not be refunded if there is item/s listed on the original invoice that you aren’t returning.
