Create an account or sign in to my account

You need an account to shop at NOSEINTL.COM so we could speed up the checkout process and keep track your orders. On the other hand, you will be able to save your delivery addresses, create a wishlist collection, enjoy exclusive promotions, and find out the latest news, new arrivals and online exclusives.

 

To create your account, simply

1 – Go to the account icon at the top
2 – Go to New Customer > Register Account > Continue
3 – Fill in Your Personal Details I.e : First Name, Last Name, E-Mail and Password. Your First Name and Last Name must be as per your Identification Card / Passport. Click Submit

To sign in to your account,

1 – Go to the account icon at the top
2 – Go to Returning Customer
3 – Fill in your Email and Password. Click Login.

Reset or change my password

1 – Go to the account icon at the top
2 - Go to Returning Customer, click Forgot your password?
3 – Fill in your email address that is associated with your account.

Edit or update my account details

1 – Go to the account icon at the top, log in with your email address and password and you will be directed to the home page again. Click the account icon at the top again.
2 – Go to My Account > Modify your address book entries
3 – Add New or Edit or Delete your Address Book Entries

*You can add multiple Address Book Entries, but only one can be chosen as default. You will be asked again at Checkout process if you would like to use other than the default address

Promo Code

What is Promo Code

Promo Code that indicated NOSEINTL.COM is valid to be used on the website only. Each promo code will come with its own terms and conditions that you able to view at the source of Promo Code media may it be online or printed.

 

Use promo code

Only one Promo Code can be used per order. To use Promo Code, kindly add the Promo Code in the Promo Code section when you are checking out.

 

Promo code is not working

All Promo Code comes with a limited time offer or while stock last basis. Kindly check the validity time and the Promo Code own terms and conditions at the source of Promo Code.

 

Returns  & Exchanges

Can I return a purchased product(s)?

Our return policy last for 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange. Kindly view our Returns & Exchange page for complete details. 

 

How do I know my order has been processed?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email from noseintl.com to verify that your order has been received. If you do not receive any verification email within 15 minutes, please check your junk mail folder. If you still don’t receive the verification email, this means that we did not receive your order and /or your payment has not sent to noseintl.com. Please check your noseintl.com account if the order is incomplete. Alternatively, kindly contact our customer service at for assistance.

 

For shipment status, kindly refer to the tracking number provided in the shipment verification email. You may track your orders using the tracking code via your selected delivery service provider during cart checkout. Kindly note that tracking information may take up to 24-48 hours to be updated to the tracking system of the delivery company.

 
There’s a missing item / damage / wrong in my order, what should I do?


Please check the invoice that was included in your package. If there is any missing item(s), please contact customer service. For damage / wrong items, kindly go to Returns & Exchanges page for complete details.


Can I amend / cancel my order?

Unfortunately we are unable to amend / cancel an order once it has been placed. The changes include the size, color, adding, removing, billing, shipping address, payment mode, and/or delivery mode. It is advisable to check your order before placing it.

 

The item I want is out of stock, what do I do now?

Depending on stock availability, our products are stocked regularly. Kindly check noseintl.com from time to time to see if your item has been restocked.
